When I tell the player to throw away the right stone, it gives me this error, whether I throw away the right stone or not: BGA service error (reference: ST 22/01 22:51:42). After that, the stone disappears fully and you can keep pressing stones until all of them are gone. So basically, the tutorial gets stuck.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
