Would say #3 (get two goods of different types) and #4 can be safely automated - but not #1.
The specific interaction for #1 is that, let's say a player have a full den and in order to make room, they would have to either sell the Pig or convert it before allowing the pig to be taken. The alternative would be to prohibit the dice to be taken if the player does not have a den slot for the pig.

i wanted to keep it consistent. thought it would be easier to understand and cleaner to code as well.
