História hlásenia
Incidentally, the issue coincided with whatever change took place that removed the distinction in icons for online status between PC and mobile (now there's only the green or gray ball beside user name).
this application loading is on the main page and in every game I have. Both on the phone app and on computer version. Google and Opera browsers. Cleared cash, cookies, etc. Nothing helps. It's been for a week already and makes impossible to play as I need to reload after every move.

we are currently facing a difficult outage that affects some of our players, mostly from the Russian Federation but also from other countries. The root cause is still unclear but we suspect some kind of filtering either from our provider or from some other routers.
What is sure is that some IP are partially filtered, which causes lags or disconnections. We are investigating, in the meantime, if you have a VPN or can use a mobile phone as a hotspot or a different connection, please use it to be able to access BGA.

The problem was reported for Terraforming Mars bugs on this link: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=136011, but BGA admin closed it and directed it here.

Не работает в 4 браузерах (разных), в мобильлном телефоне точно такая же проблема, сохраняется как при подключении по wi-fi, так же и при подключении по мобильной сети.
На другом ПК ошибка сохраняется независимо от браузера.
Хочу добавить уточнение к комментарию от ваших разработчиков. Я пробовал использовать VPN, а также подключаться к BGA через разные устройства, но результат был один и тот же. При этом периодически ситуация улучшается и страницу перезагружать не приходится.
we are still working on that frustrating issue. We have deployed a fallback system to mitigate the issue for our users affected. So, any user affected by this should now be able to play baring a 5 seconds latency in the initial connection and when switching in and out from and to the game and main site pages.
Please let us know if that mitigation works for you or not. We will continue working on that issue but at least, people affected should now be able to play as expected.

In real time: I tried to launch the game and this is what I noticed. Sometimes the moves are updated correctly. At the same time, the problem often occurs with my moves, and the opponent's moves were updated independently.
Region: Russia
We updated our messaging servers this morning. This improves connection speed and reduces dropped connections. Let us know if you still have problems.

and I'm still encountering the same issue of not being able to fully load the private conversation between me and another member here.
I had hoped that resolving this issue would also fix my problem with the 'replaying' of game actions (boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41163), but unfortunately, this hasn’t happened.
I am happy to read that the recent patch fixed the issue for most of you (based on recent comments). I am closing this thread for now. If you are still encountering the problem, feel free to reopen or open a new bug report with additional information.

Game search stops after some time (or just do not update). Table status sometimes do not update also.

I have no idea what can cause this error. Maybe some settings? But i don't know which ones.
I disabled all browser extensions but it didn't help.
Also nothing changes when i change my network (VPN).
Pridať niečo k tomuto hláseniu
- Iné ID stola / ID ťahu
- Vyriešil sa problém pomocou F5?
- Objavil sa problém viackrát? Zakaždým? Náhodne?
