The error happens when going to "Push Notifications" on the Preferences page. I've confirmed that notifications ARE allowed in the browser permissions. They work on desktop in Firefox, but not in mobile. I have no idea if the error is on your side or the browser, so I'm starting here. I use the website a lot on mobile so it would be hugely helpful to have push notifications working there.
