Rafraichir la page n'a pas aidé
Le porbleme est apparu a chaque fois que je voulais jouer sur cette table. Sur mon Ipad ou telephone android tout fonctionne.
J'utilise chrome sur un ordinateur portable

I wanted to report the error by making a usual request but I no longer have any access to the game interface and therefore no longer have access to the table number. This is a game of Ark Nova to which I invited a friend of mine. We made the selection of maps and since then I can no longer access the interface of the game. I get stuck at the beginning of loading the interface. I use chrome.
Does anyone have a solution for me?

That as far as it loaded for last two days. No error message is coming up and F5 isn't doing anything.

The game does not start for me and is in loading state. I didn't play at all. I haven't got my table number.
Th refresh F5 key does not solve the problem. I cannot do anyting
I use the BGA application and the problem is thesame with the browser chrome

Samsung galaxy s9, I use the app. So im not sure what browser it is opening up in. When I try to use a different browser it sends me to the app.

I know the person im playing with and they are having no issues opening the game from there said hence why I was able to get the table number. I now have a time plenty as I can access the game.

I have uninstalled the app and opened in Samsung Internet and I was able to access the game.

But the problem does not appear with Microsoft edge and i could begin to play

I do have this problem as well on PC.
Loading stuck on "opening game box" screen.
Chrome Version 113.0.5672.93
No javascript error in console, nor in network however there are some pending operations (see screenshot).
However it completely frozes the Chrome tab! (never seen this before)
I'm even not able to close it, no more click interaction possible :o
No problem when using Firefox.

You don't have any firewall or adblock in Chrome, do you?

I do have AdBlock Plus, no firewall.
But even with ADP disabled, it's still does not work

Hmm, I wonder if something about AdBlock Plus is still hindering things even when disabled.

Ark Nova includes "sponsors" which might sound suspicious to an ad blocker.

UPDATE: A player reported a problem like this, and changing their language to English at boardgamearena.com/preferences?section=lang fixed it for them.

If this fixes it for everyone, it may be a localization issue. The team is investigating.

I can't open the game since May 17th . I was using Chrome but this morning I tried with Edge and it worked.

@Darkman, as a workaround you can change your language to English described above, or use a non-Chrome browser. It is being investigated.

Nevermind the previous report, the game did not opened afterall... It opened as a visitor but when I loged in, it did not open.
Ouverture de la boite... then after a minute a popup opens: This page isn't responding.

I have several other games and I am able to play without any problem.

This is just a workaround. You can change back after testing.

I switched to English and I still have the problem, (often with table 379031826). If this table is the next table to play, It doesn't load, but if I play all the other table, I manage to be able to go there after played the last one. But if it's the only one I have to play, I can't.

I am with chrome. I will try with another browser.

This is an extremely unusual bug. Even slight changes to card text is making Chrome freeze or not freeze, and are currently don't know why. It may even be an issue with Chrome itself.

Edge and Chrome are based on the same engine. Firefox is not, so that is good data.

I'm having the same problem with Chrome and Edge. Seems to work in Firefox. Table 378234591
Tried the language change, clearing all cache and cookies, and incognito mode. Adbock is disabled.
2 friends in the game and they aren't having any issues. I know 1 of them is using an Ipad.

One thing I see is that the Game Progression is marked to 100%, so maybe it thinks we're at the end of the game (I don't think we actually are).

We found the source of the issue, but we have no idea why it's breaking Chrome.
The issue is with the translation of Hypnosis description.
We changed the description so all the tables should be fixed but we should wait until tomorrow to see if new translation of this new description will make the game broken or not.

After further research, we have deployed a more robust fix which should prevent the issue affecting Chrome and Edge.

If you changed your language to English, you can try changing it back now.

Iné ID stola / ID ťahu
Vyriešil sa problém pomocou F5?
Objavil sa problém viackrát? Zakaždým? Náhodne?
Ak máš snímku obrazovky s touto chybou (dobrý zvyk), môžeš použiť ľubovoľnú službu na zdieľanie obrázkov (napríklad snipboard.io), nahrať ho tam a odkaz sem skopírovať/vložiť.
