I was seeing 3 completed destination, but those were not all... so I reloaded the page, and noticed that now I see none.

Might be nice to have:
* a full view of completed destinations for each players
* might be nice to have a way to know which destinations were already completed, so that we know those are not in the opponent hand, and not up for drawing
