Wiki Formatting Issues

There are known issues with BGA for formatting Wiki's so that it translates correctly to BGA once published.

I've used formatting suggestions from here: https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Wiki_formatting for table & bullet formatting that will transfer.

Additionally, I've chosen to use star icons (⭐) as bullet points for identifying cards.
