In Living Forest, you play one of these four Spirits of Nature trying to save the Forest. You are not alone in this task, Guardian Animals have come together around the Circle of Spirits where you progress to help you. Each turn they bring precious elements, and if you manage to combine a good team of Guardian Animals, you can perform actions optimally. But beware, some of them are solitary and do not like to meet other fellows.
Each turn includes 3 phases:
Guardian Animals: All of the Spirits of Nature play at the same time. You draw and turn face up, one after the other, the Guardian Animal cards from your personal draw stack. You thus form the Animal Guardian Help Line. You can stop drawing cards whenever you want. However, if you reveal a card showing a third solitary symbol, then you must stop drawing cards. This card closes your Help Line.
Action: The Spirits of Nature play in turn. If your Help Line shows less than three solitary symbols (not canceled by gregarious symbols), you can then perform 2 different Actions. If your Help Line shows three solitary symbols (not canceled by gregarious symbols), you can then perform only 1 Action. The strength of an Action is determined by the number of corresponding Elements visible on the Guardian Animal cards on your Help Line and on your Forest individual board.
End of the turn:
Onibi attacks you: If some Fires remain in the center of the Circle of Spirits and you cannot resist them, then add the same number of Fire Varan cards to your discard stack as there are Fire tiles at the center of the Circle of Spirits.
Onibi attacks the Sacred Tree: Add as many Fires to the center of the Circle of Spirits as Guardian Animal cards were taken this turn.
The arrival of new Guardian Animals: Complete the Guardian Animal reserve by revealing as many new cards per level as there were cards taken this turn.

Strážcové lesa: Hráme Ghibli
Zachráňte les a jeho posvätný strom pred Onibiho hroznými plameňmi.
Ale ako? Sadením stromov, hasením ohňa, zbieraním posvätných kvetov, aby sa prebudila Sanki…
Štyria duchovia prírody – zima, jar, leto a jeseň – boli povolaní, aby zachránili posvätný strom lesa, ktorý čelí ničivým plameňom Onibi…
V hre Living Forest hráte za jedného z týchto štyroch duchov prírody, ktorí sa snažia zachrániť les.
V tejto úlohe nie ste sami, strážne zvieratá sa zišli okolo Kruhu duchov, kde postupujete, aby vám pomohli.
Každé kolo prinášajú vzácne prvky a ak sa vám podarí skombinovať dobrý tím strážnych zvierat, môžete akcie vykonávať optimálne.
Ale pozor, niektorí sú samotári a neradi sa stretávajú s inými kamarátmi.
Každé kolo obsahuje 3 fázy:
Guardian Animals: All of Spirits of Nature hrajú súčasne.
Ťaháte a otočíte lícom nahor, jednu po druhej, karty zvierat strážcov zo svojho osobného žrebu.
Vytvárate tak linku pomoci pre strážcov zvierat.
Kresliť karty môžete kedykoľvek.
Ak však odhalíte kartu s tretím osamelým symbolom, musíte prestať ťahať karty.
Táto karta zatvára vašu linku pomoci.
Akcia: Duchovia prírody hrajú postupne.
Ak vaša linka pomoci zobrazuje menej ako tri osamelé symboly (nezrušené spoločnými symbolmi), môžete vykonať 2 rôzne akcie.
Ak vaša linka pomoci zobrazuje tri osamelé symboly (nezrušené spoločnými symbolmi), potom môžete vykonať iba 1 akciu.
Sila akcie je určená počtom zodpovedajúcich prvkov viditeľných na kartách zvierat strážcov na vašej línii pomoci a na individuálnej doske lesa.
Koniec ťahu:
Onibi na vás zaútočí: Ak v strede Kruhu duchov zostanú nejaké ohne a vy im nedokážete odolať, pridajte rovnaký počet kariet Ohnivého Varan do svojho odhodeného balíka, ako je želatín Ohňa v strede Kruhu duchov.
Onibi útočí na Sacred Tree: Pridajte toľko ohňov do stredu Kruhu duchov, koľko kariet strážnych zvierat bolo prijatých v tomto kole.
Príchod nových Guardian Animals: Dokončite rezervu Guardian Animal tým, že odhalíte toľko nových kariet na úroveň, koľko bolo kariet, ktoré boli vybraté v tomto kole.
