After spending energy cards, 4 power cards appeared and I picked one. Then network issue when sending request to server. After refresh the energy cards are gone and I got no power card.• Je možné vidieť porušenie pravidiel na zázname z hry? Ak áno, aké je číslo ťahu?

Fixed. This was due to a depleted deck of power cards. In your case, there where 3 cards left, but you bought for the 4th slot.
The game was then trying to put the card on a wrong slot of your player board.
